Alan W. Stewart is a partner at Gibson Law Partners, LLC. Alan specializes in the defense and trial of professional liability cases, including attorney malpractice, insurance agent malpractice, accountant malpractice, and attorney and judiciary disciplinary matters. He also practices in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, construction litigation, premises liability, insurance defense, and maritime, oilfield, and energy matters. He is licensed to practice in all Louisiana state district and appellate courts, all federal district courts in Louisiana, and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
